I would not recognize how often it's happened. I purchase home, the excitement to experience a whole new game I just bought overshadowing the belief that I simply given over excessively much of my hard-earned cash to get it, and tear in the package. I pop the overall game in, and watch with giddy anticipation because title screen loads up. After a brief instruction on the way to play the game, I FINALLY get into the meat of it and begin really playing. Slowly a cloud starts darkening over my excited "new game mood" while i will come to a slow and painful realization - mafia wars is terrible.

It can happen for lots of reasons, naturally. Maybe the graphics are horrible and the trailers on television as well as the internet wasn't actual hands per hour. Maybe the controls are downright broken and managing the thing is often a test of patience and frustration. Maybe the storyplot is laughably bad (or missing altogether), or voice acting is cringe inducing. It doesn't matter what the key reason why, all this comes down to one particular point: I recently paid WAY too much for something I wouldn't ever are interested in again.

So what am I likely to do? I am unable to go time for a store and just say to them "this game is horrible, get it back." I could go to your used game store, but here i would only get yourself a fraction of the items I paid for it in most cases I might have to trade it in (in addition to some of my other games) for the next game. Precisely what is to say I can't return home achievable one and have the exact same thing happen? Suddenly my primary investment is getting many worthless.

That is bad, because games are only receiving targeted and more expensive? With huge blockbuster titles raking in vast amounts of dollars in revenue, I'm finding a little sick of being forced to guess where ones are in reality going to be well worth the money. It is similar to playing roulette whenever I head into the electronics portion of a department store.

Of course, it is not as though I am about to throw in the towel gaming altogether. If you locate a great game, it is totally worth the cost, but more and more that is like finding a diamond in the rough. It could just be nice if there was a choice that didn't involve me having to create a guess every time I need a brand new game to try out.
